Anandamayi Ma Ashram
The ashram is dedicated to Ma Anandamayi, meaning the blissful mother. The ashram also bears the immortal remains of Anandamayi Maa buried in a samadhi. The ashram complex is located in the mythological town of Kankhal, at a distance of 6 km from Haridwar. The mother was a Bengali Mystic. Visitors from all around the world come here to pay their tribute to the blissful mother, known for her yogic powers.

Anandamayi Maa sometimes attributed her actions to an unnamed god:
I have no sense of pleasure or pain, and I stay as I have always been. Sometimes He draws me outside, and sometimes He takes me inside and I am completely withdrawn. I am nobody, all of my actions are done by him and not by me.
Gopinath Kaviraj, Sri Sri Ma Anandamayi: Upadesa O Prasnottara (Calcutta: Pasyant Prakasani, 1382 B.S.), p. 1
The ashram complex of Maa Anandamayi has a number of other buildings for you to visit. These include Gayatri Yagnashala, Ati Rudra Yagnashala, Rudraksha Tree, Shankaracharya Hall, Annapurnasthal, Ma Anandamayee Museum and Ma Anandamayee Vidyapeeth.
